As you are probably aware, the Hispanic population is one
of the most underserved segments of our society. Far too many Hispanic families
live on the margins of the American economy, relying on check cashers, payday
lenders, pawnshops, and other similar financial service providers. These
families don't need a hand-out, they need a hand-up, and credit unions like
Dallas/Fort Worth-based TCC Credit Union are working diligently to ensure they
offer relevant products and services to meet the financial needs of this
important demographic.

On November 18, the Cornerstone Credit Union League will
present TCC Credit Union with a Juntos Avanzamos [Together we Advance] flag.
This flag is only awarded to those credit unions that have successfully
completed Cornerstone's rigorous application process that confirms they have the
infrastructure, as well as the capacity, commitment and compassion to serve the
financial needs of Hispanic families.

Among other things, TCC Credit Union accepts the
Matricula Consular and offers loans to help members pay for immigration costs
associated with obtaining legal residency, as well as credit builder lines of
credit loans, and Quinceañera loans.

Cornerstone will present TCC Credit Union with the Juntos
Avanzamos flag at 10 a.m., November 18, at the credit union's Fort Worth
branch, located at 4312 Town Center Drive.

You are cordially invited to attend this important flag
raising ceremony. TCC CU is one of 25 credit unions in Texas to have received this designation. Other Juntos Avanzamos credit unions in Fort
Worth include EECU and Unity One Credit Union.
